You will receive a unique combination of techniques including swedish, deep tissue, myofacial release, trigger point, craniosacral. All designed to meet your individual needs and leave you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. You can choose either a 30, 60 or 90 minute session.

Our professional massage therapists will relieve built-up tension using a combination of specialized skills to relax and detoxify, age-old techniques are used to sooth the mind and relax the body.

Deep Tissue Massage……………………………………60 or 90 minutes - $100 or $135

This deep form of massage is used to help sooth muscle ache and fatigue while relieving stress.  The massage utilizes techniques of muscular manipulation to target the specific areas of the body allowing increased range of motion in our joints and muscles.

Hot Stone Massage………………………………………60 or 90 minutes - $100 or $135

Experience a luxurious and relaxing massage combined with deep heat therapy.  Basalt lava stones are heated and incorporated into the massage to bring penetrating warmth and deep relaxation to the muscle tissue.  The perfect treatment to loosen tight muscles, relieve stress and ease tension.  A truly amazing experience. 

Pregnancy Massage………………………………………60 or 90 minutes - $85 or $120

A wonderful and relaxing massage to pamper our expectant guests. A combination of massage techniques are used and adapted to the specific needs of the pre/postnatal mother.  Special positioning and cushions are used for comfort and safety.  A wonderful way to reduce the discomforts and stresses of pregnancy and childbirth.

Additional Therapies - $20

Enhance your massage experience with any of the following therapies. You can choose one or multiple therapies per massage. You will receive a $5 discount for each therapy added after the first one.

Hot Stone Therapy

Add the use of hot stone placement to your massage session. Not only will we use a hot stone at the most tense areas of your body, but you will experience the amazing benefit of hot stone placement on your spine, hands, feet, toes and face. This is a great introduction to a full hot stone massage, or a wonderful way to combine the benefits of deep tissue with hot stone therapy.

Aromatherapy

Incorporate aromatherapy into your session in three ways. You will receive a unique blend of essential oils distributed throughout the massage room and in your massage lotion, to capture the therapeutic properties both through inhalation and absorption. We will also conclude the session with a facial hot towel steam, using the same unique blend.

Hand or Lip Therapy

Experience an exfoliating and smoothing treatment for either your hands or your lips. We will begin with a gentle exfoliating scrub, then a smoothing masque, and finishing with SkinCeuticals hydrating lip drink or a hand lotion designed for added softness and protection.
